Application
Application forms in the prescribed format are made available in the month of March every year for a nominal fee of Rs 100/- (for applicants from Kerala) Rs 250/-( for others) in the office of START, Bp Mankuzhykary Nagar, Kottoli P O, Calicut - 673016(Kerala, S India). Application fee may be remitted either by cash or by demand draft drawn in favour of 'START' payable at Calicut.
